Express Shipping $15.00 (1-3 Business Days) 

In Store Pick-Up 
We offer in store pick up to our Sunshine Coast Locals, simply select In Store Pick Up at checkout and you will be contacted once your order is ready to be collected in store.

International Shipping 
We offer International Shipping with the below rates available. 

Standard Shipping $30 AUD (15-25 Business Days) 
Express Shipping $40 AUD (10-20 Business Days) 

 

Online Returns
Policies

- We must be emailed with in 3 days of receiving your order and given details of your intention to return items. The item must then be posted back within 5 days if receiving the item for refund, if this guideline is not followed a credit note will be issued to you.
- Items have not been worn, altered, washed and original tags are still attached.
- Footwear must be returned in original shoebox, in its original condition without damage or postage labels.
- Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided the security seal is intact and not broken.
- Swimwear and Intimates must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place.

 

How Do I Return My Item? 
To return an item please contact girlssofipanema@gmail.com for a return slip, either email back the filled out return slip or include in your returned package

We do not provide free returns for change of mind or exchange or sizes.


We suggest sending your return with tracked shipping. We will not hold any responsibility for missing returned.


Faulty Items 
If you unfortunately received a damaged or faulty item please contact us at girlssofipanema@gmail.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you, based on assessment from manufacturer. 


Discounted items 
Sale items (including flash sales or where a discount code has been applied) cannot be returned or exchanged, sale is final 


In Store Exchanges 
We offer exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date, simply bring your item in its original condition including tags with your digital receipt via text or email for either an exchange or credit note. 

We hope you understand that we do not offer instore refunds.
