Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a returned item. Including cost of the original shipping even if it was free shipped 


Express Shipping $15.00 (1-3 )business days  will take longer with public holidays and over weekends we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible

International Shipping 
We offer International Shipping with the below rates available. 

Standard Shipping $35AUD (15-25 Business Days) depending on size of package could be more 
Express Shipping $45 AUD (10-20 Business Days) depends I get on the rise of the package it could be more 

 

Online Returns

Returns 

Returns are always accepted on any item apart sake and reduced items 

  • Returns are to be received within 5 days of receipt of the item and we need to be notified by sms or email on the intention to return items tracking number must then be provided to us 

* Cost of return postage is at your own cost.

  • Full Refund will apply if paid via Internet Banking or you can Exchange items at same value.      
    * Fees & Charges that are applied to us will be deducted from your refund if you elect to pay via Afterpay, PayPal or Credit card
  • - Items must have not been worn, altered, washed and original tags are still attached.
    - Footwear must be returned in original shoebox, in its original condition without damage or postage labels.
    - Beauty and wellness products are only able to be returned provided if the security seal is intact and not broken.
    - Swimwear and Intimates must be tried on wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place
  • customers are responsible for all shipping costs in the event of a refund

How Do I Return My Item? 
To return an item please contact girlssofipanema@gmail.com to let us know your intention to return within 3 days after receiving the item. The item must be shipped within 4 days and a return tracking number emailed to girlssofipanema@gmail.com.

The reason for return has to be stated on the packing slip and notification of a refund, credit or exchange of another item has to be stated.
